  Lauren is an incredible and reliable therapist! She helped me navigate through a really challenging time in my life offering support anytime that I needed it along with giving helpful resources as well. She also has helped my teenage and adult children through processing through such a difficult time. Always making herself available for all of us.   I started working with Lauren after a serious car crash in which I was diagnosed with traumatic brain injury, and subsequently PTSD. Lauren, on our first meeting, gave me her assurance that this was something I would be able to recover from. Her confident and caring demeanor was incredibly soothing to my heightened anxiety and debilitating panic.
We worked together for two years and I am grateful to her for getting me back into a car! I will still always be working on my anxiety, but I feel I have made great progress.
There’s a lot of therapists out there to choose from, I feel lucky I found Lauren on my first try.
Her insight, compassion, and humor were always something to look forward to each week.
She doesn’t use “therapy talk” jargon which I really appreciated.

  I had weekly sessions with Lauren after working with multiple therapists who did not suit me. She truly made an enormous difference in my life alleviating a phobia. I lived many years with this and it gradually worsened in many ways - until I began seeing Lauren. EMDR truly works and I am so thankful for it. She is very goal-oriented and flexible. Could not recommend Lauren more, her work is worth every cent. I do not currently need her services any longer because she was so incredibly helpful for me!

Lauren not only helped me mitigate emotional disturbance from my PTSD, but also shared self-soothing techniques that have greatly improved my personal life.   I found Lauren after searching for a therapist that specialized in EMDR and trauma.  I had been to a previous therapist and didn’t feel like I was getting benefit. I was going through something very hard, personal, and life changing.  I found myself overwhelmed and having panic attacks.  At our first meeting Lauren  discussed treatment goals and EMDR more extensively and from there my improvement started.  She was always seeking input from me about what I wanted and needed from therapy and shaped our meetings off that. Lauren is smart, empathetic, and very professional.  She gives you actual tools and techniques to use during the hard times.  She is skilled at EMDR and you can tell has put a lot of time and work into her career skill set. I cannot express how fortunate I am for this form of therapy and her.  If seeking a therapist to feel safe and heard with while making progress on your mental health, I highly recommend her.

  I met Lauren about a year ago. I was very skeptical about talking to a new therapist thinking it was going to be like all the rest. Same questions every appointment , no personal connection or anything. Not with her. I have no words to describe how amazing she is and how comfortable I am to talk about what’s happening. It’s never the same on each session. After a while from seeing her more doors were opening and more issues were coming to light each time. My healing journey with her there with me. I wouldn’t want another therapist. Also she bases the session on how your emotions are of that makes sense. Like for me I had one or two sessions I was super happy and she didn’t want to bring up anything that could ruin my vibe/ day. To me that … that right there meant a lot to me. I feel like some therapist wouldn’t care and want to talk about all the bad and ruin that good day for someone.
I would also like to add not only has she helped me healing from my trauma, but also help me with relationships, self esteem, goals and managing my emotions. She takes notes about everything on each session so when the next session comes she knows exactly what I’m talking about. I had therapist before and each session they would ask questions over and over again like sir/ma’am I explained all this before are you not listening to me at all?!

And let me tell you about her scheduling. It’s not three months out or more like some therapist. No joke! You could be seen as early as next month from my experiences. And she schedules with you and what works best for you! Like that’s what I like too. I was able to schedule with her my best days that I have no work to little to no work to do and if anything I was able to scheduled my appointments around my lunch breaks.

I could go on and on about how much I appreciate Lauren and how she makes me feel safe and heard. I 100% recommend giving her a try if you are needing a therapist. Because now… I always looked forward to my session with her!

  I’ve been working with lauren for two years now. i started seeing her when i was 16, now i’m 18. I see her on a weekly basis to manage my mental wellness. she’s very warm and welcoming. I’ve seen other therapists but lauren truly feels like a friend, which helps because I’m very skeptical with sharing things about myself. I feel like I can tell her anything without the fear of judgement. she helps me manage my daily life and encourages me to look after myself and taught me skills to cope with anything that I may face. great experience overall, forever grateful for everything she’s taught me ! 100/10
